Return Policy
1. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request, if payment has been received by Stahl from the purchaser, within 15 calendar days from date of purchase accompanied by a sales receipt.
2. Returns made beyond 15 calendar days up to 30 days qualify for a store credit or exchange accompanied by a sales receipt.
3. Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.
4. Shipping and handling is not refunded.
5. Returns may be sent to our Guest Service Center.
6. A return code should be requested from our shipping department by emailing
returns@stahljewels.com
7. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
8. Returns must be made in the box in which they were shipped, undamaged, unworn, to qualify for a refund, exchange or credit.
